Crunchy Lab is a new fried chicken concept created by a group of longtime restaurateurs with years of experience serving the Rochester community. We chose Northeast Rochester intentionally. Rather than focusing on downtown or high-traffic commercial areas, we wanted to build something rooted in a neighborhood where families live, work, and gather.
Our goal is simple: a convenient, affordable fried chicken spot for the immediate community, with great food, fair prices and a welcoming room. We want to be a true neighborhood business, not just another place to grab food. Good food. Affordable prices. Neighborhood first.
